The Challenge
Millerson wanted to maximise their brand awareness and reach their target audience on a more frequent basis. Their ultimate objective was to increase instructions and deliver sustainable ROIs in their marketing and communication efforts.
Solution
Initially we conducted some research into other property agents in the area, and then a full audit of the Millerson brand. Our aim was to support Millerson in implementing uniformity across the business. Our expert design team devise an updated set of brand guidelines for the business to use and enable each representative to understand how the brand should be used in the marketplace.
During our research into other agents we also noted the different types of marketing activities that other agents had in place. Already Millerson were in a far better position than competitors in the area in terms of marketing however both parties recognised this as a solid platform upon which to build and become more disciplined, organised and efficient in their efforts. We worked closely with Millerson to devise a multi discipline and agile marketing and communications plan across traditional and digital channels, encompassing local newspapers and magazine, direct mail, video based social media marketing, and smart bid orientated pay-per-click campaigns via Google and Bing. This integrated approach enables us and Millerson to track each lead from enquiry source through to staff assignment.
